		This opens up the community centre panel, here you can view all the decks and view other portal users personas. This displays the deck list panel where you can choose which deck to go to, also on the deck list panel you can update all the decks at once. This button updates the commuity members list, it will only update the deck you are on, not the other decks. Any messages you haven't read will show as an open eyeball, click the eyeball to read that personas message, once you have read the message the eyeball will close.
